Stayed here in July. Excellent property. Right on the beach. Talk about location. They weren’t kidding when they said you would never have to step into another taxi once you got here. Conveniently located to restaurants and bars. If you need to take a taxi, they wait right there across the street. The plunge pool on the roof top deck was a very welcome amenity, especially after a day in the sun. Great place to watch the sunsets. Very spacious 3 bedroom. Kept clean. Well stocked. Great AC, ceiling fans. Great service all around starting from when we e-mailed our inquiry, when they picked us up at the airport, and when the property manager checked us in and out. Felt comfortable knowing that there is 24 hour security in this building. They issued us a picture ID upon check-in and you had to show it every time in order to get in. Elevator whisked us up to the Penthouse. They arranged all of our tours in advance, and even arranged to have a chef come over one morning to cook us a traditional Mexican breakfast buffet with Mimosas. YUMMY! Will definitely be back. Thanks to all of Donnie’s Team Members that played a part in making this a very memorable vacation.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

GREAT VIEW AND SOUND FROM BALCONY, WILL NOT NEED TV OR ANY OTHER FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT JUST LAY BACK AND RELAX. SLEPT SUPERB WITH THE FRESH OCEAN BREEZE COMING IN FROM THE BALCONY AND THE WINDOWS. I CALLED ONE OF THE TEAM MEMBERS AND THEY DELIVERED WHAT I REQUESTED WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. GREAT RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. FAST FOOD TO GOURMET. Thank goodness my friends came across this place and we stayed here instead. Great location, right on the beach. Right in the middle of town, was able to walk everywhere. Fantastic roof top deck with private plunge pool, views of the Bay of Banderas and a cooktop grill. The private beach with palapas and food service from the nearby bar and restaurant was very convienant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend this place

We had a great stay at the condo, you really can't get from the pictures what it is like to stay at a condo that is literally ON the beach. The views were amazing and the house layout was great for a family. You can literally walk to lots of great little restaurants and the town  is so quaint and fun. The location was great for day trips. Of course, the trip to  was a major highlight, what a treat. If we make it back we hope to stay there again!

This was our second stay in this lovely home with the incredible view. Since we're frequent visitors, we had friends and family stop by over the week - all were always amazed at just how close to the water this place is, not to mention the classy decor in the home. Donnie was his usual helpful self...even left a card, flowers and cake for me when he found out I was celebrating my birthday there. Now that's service!

This place lives up to it's description and the other travel reviews. What really makes the difference in a 5-STAR place in Mexico is how things go when there are problems (which there often are). We were in the unit during a severe storm and there was substantial damage. The rental agent (Michael) did a phenomenal job of helping us out, finding us other accommodation, and adjusting the rental rate (we down-graded to a smaller unit). We loved the unit while we were there. The maid was great - we arranged for her to cook dinner for us one night. It's hard to beat the beachfront locale for convenience!

I recently stayed at Casa de Laguna in Puerto Vallerta, Mexico and had the time of my life. The location is excelent with private axcess to the sandy beaches and incredible views. My friends and I enjoyed many amazing evenings in the downtown area as well as relaxing days on the beach with great service from local bars and restaurants. The Penthouse is very well managed with its own pool and superb views of "la Playa".

Stayed here for a week in January. What an awesome place. Talk about location. They weren't kidding when they said you would not have to set foot in another taxi. And OMG, the rooftop deck with the pool. Fabulous!! Air conditioning, wifi, free phone calls to the U.S. They didnt spare any luxury on this place. Can't wait to go back!!

We all had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo literally right on the beach. We enjoy watching the whales from the balcony and the views and ocean were awesome. No need to drive anywhere, walking distance to shopping and dining, trams also available in getting around. My children loved it and we all want to come back. Thank you Donnie. It was lovely. As a family we appreciated the private beach.

We did alot of research before deciding on where to stay in Casa de Laguna. We chose this condo because it was right on the beach and with 4 children, aged 12, 10, 7 and 4, this seemed like a perfect location. In deed it was! Everything about it was perfect!! The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious and had everything you could ever need! The beds were extremely comfortable. We all had such a wonderful time! What I wouldn't do to live this life every day... Thank you Donnie for renting to us! We can hardly wait to come back again!
